The Seasonal Server role at Hotel Indigo is a vital frontline position where the employee is responsible for creating unmatched experiences for guests by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This is a seasonal role for the summer months, offering an hourly pay rate of $20.77 with eligibility for tips and tip pooling. The Seasonal Server is responsible for engaging guests by skillfully explaining menu offerings, handling food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate entry in the Point of Sale system, and complying with health and safety standards including serving temperatures. They must maintain a clean and organized work environment and promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Given the seasonal nature of this job, having open availability on weekends and holidays is essential.
