Job Description

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand known for blending timeless glamour with contemporary sophistication. With more than 50 exquisite hotels and resorts situated in prime locations worldwide, St. Regis offers guests an unparalleled level of personalized service. Founded in the early 20th century with the debut of the St. Regis New York by John Jacob Astor IV, the brand has continuously upheld its mission to provide exceptional and anticipatory service, delivered flawlessly by a team of gracious hosts. This team combines classical elegance with modern sensibilities, including exclusive butler service, to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. As part of Marriott International's esteemed portfolio, St. Regis embodies a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace, fostering a welcoming environment where all associates are valued for their unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences.

Join St. Regis at its Newport Beach, California location as a Food and Beverage - Non-Management team member, specifically in a server role within one of the world’s foremost luxury hotel environments. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.90, with the added benefit of receiving tips. Serving as a vital link between the guests and the culinary experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest’s dining experience is memorable and exemplary. This role calls for a warm, attentive, and hospitable approach to service, where you greet guests with genuine warmth and promptly attend to their needs throughout their visit.

Working in this capacity at St. Regis, you will expertly present and recommend menu items, share your knowledge in response to special requests and inquiries, and efficiently manage transactions through the MICROS system to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will extend to setting tables immaculately, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment, and replenishing supplies to guarantee smooth service flow. The ability to work collaboratively with a motivated team and maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform is essential to uphold the brand’s prestigious standards.

This position is highly suited for individuals who have a passion for food and beverage, enjoy engaging with diverse guests from around the globe, and are committed to creating lasting impressions through exceptional service. Previous experience in a waiter or server role is highly advantageous but not mandatory, as St. Regis provides opportunities for learning, development, and recognition within a supportive team-oriented culture.

Beyond the role itself, St. Regis offers generous employee benefits and wellness programs that provide support inside and outside the workplace. Staff discounts on hotel rooms, gifts, and dining reflect the company’s appreciation for its team. Training and certification related to safety standards are provided prior to employment to ensure a secure and confident performance in your role. Join St. Regis and embark on a rewarding career path that combines your passion for hospitality with tremendous growth opportunities, all while being part of a prestigious global family that values your contributions and helps you become your best self.
