The part-time Food and Beverage Associate position at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and guest service. In this role, associates will be tasked with communicating effectively between guests and kitchen staff to accommodate menu inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests. Utilizing the MICROS point-of-sale system, they will process orders promptly and ensure that guest satisfaction is maintained throughout their dining experience. The associate plays an important role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in designated work areas while adhering to company safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Additionally, the Food and Beverage Associate is expected to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and genuine appreciation. This role requires physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, maneuver in various environments including slippery surfaces and stairs, and handle materials weighing up to 25 pounds independently or with assistance for heavier items. The position does not require supervisory experience but does call for at least one year of related work experience and a commitment to upholding Marriott's renowned hospitality standards.

With a focus on delivering "Wonderful Hospitality. Always.", employees can expect to contribute to a legacy of service excellence while advancing their careers within Marriott International’s extensive portfolio.
