We are currently seeking a Full-Time Server Assistant for Pete’s Sunset Grille, one of the resort’s celebrated dining venues with stunning ocean views and a vibrant atmosphere. The Server Assistant role is crucial to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by supporting the Food Server in delivering efficient service. This position requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include assisting servers by managing orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and anticipating guests’ needs in a timely manner.

This role is a full-time opportunity that demands availability especially during peak seasons such as Spring Break and Summer through Labor Day, reflecting the high volume and seasonal fluctuations typical of a popular resort setting. The position offers a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends and holidays to accommodate the resort’s operational requirements.
