Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient presentation of food and beverage service to guests
- clean and set up tables and perform other food service related duties
- serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name during meal service
- stack trays properly for efficient unloading and ensure safety standards
- complete closing duties including storing goods, cleaning equipment and locking doors
- set up, stock and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass and silver prior to use
