Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables for service
- Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
- Greet guests by name whenever possible
- Stack trays properly to ensure effective clearance
- Complete closing tasks including storing reusable merchandise, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking items, locking refrigerators, turning off lights, and securing doors
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas
