Job Description

This position is for a Full-Time Food and Beverage Service team member at The Resort at Pelican Hill, specifically for non-management roles within the resort's acclaimed dining venues. The hourly pay rate for this role is $16.90 and it is tip eligible. The role requires providing professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, serving water, bread, and coffee, and warmly greeting guests by name whenever possible to personalize their experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in service areas, properly stacking trays for effective clearance, and completing closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, cleaning equipment and service areas, replenishing stock, and securing all storage and refrigeration units.

Successful candidates will be expected to uphold the company’s policies and security standards, present a neat and professional appearance, and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
