The role of a Food and Beverage Server within the Autograph Collection is integral to the guest experience, serving as the primary point of contact for food service and beverage delivery. This position involves more than simply serving courses; it requires attentiveness, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of menu offerings to assist guests in making informed dining choices. Food and Beverage Servers are responsible for setting tables appropriately based on the type of event or service standards, communicating effectively with kitchen staff about menu questions, wait times, special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns to ensure guests receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
