Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or serving experience required
- Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests
- Ability to understand written English to read caution or safety notices
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 200 lbs
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the pool area
- Adhere to standards set forth by management and company
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the pool daily
- Guide guests through descriptive selling of the menu
- Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
- Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
- Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and supplies
- Learn and follow proper steps of service for all guests' interactions
- Work alone and in a team including serving, bussing, running, general cleaning and special projects as assigned by management
- Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control
- Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
- Lock up and store all beverages, food and equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Perform all other duties as assigned
