Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
  • Current Food Handler's permit
  • Must be 21 years or older to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Professional grooming and appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere
  • Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
  • Current Food Handler's permit

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Work well on a team and be receptive to feedback and coaching
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for fine dining
  • Guide members through the Chef's curated menu and cocktail and wine program
  • Deliver exceptional and detail-oriented service to ensure flawless guest experiences
  • Pursue ongoing education and interest in wine and spirits
  • Facilitate member programming and events that create lasting memories
  • Prioritize and execute tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
