Job Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
Current Food Handler's permit
Must be 21 years or older to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Professional grooming and appearance

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere
Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
Current Food Handler's permit
Interest in wine and spirit education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Work well on a team and be receptive to feedback and coaching
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for fine dining
Guide members through the Chef's curated menu and cocktail and wine program
Deliver exceptional and detail-oriented service to ensure flawless guest experiences
Pursue ongoing education and interest in wine and spirits
Facilitate member programming and events that create lasting memories
Prioritize and execute tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
