This seasonal role is designed to bring school instrument rental events to life across the assigned area. Working closely with Education Account Managers, you will play a critical role in setting up, preparing for, and executing these community-focused events. Your responsibilities will include setting up tables, signage, and event layouts, managing inventory and paperwork, and welcoming families as they begin their musical journeys. You will directly assist parents and students, helping answer their questions and guiding them in selecting suitable rental instruments. The role requires using simple mobile and tablet technology to complete rental agreements efficiently.

This position demands excellent communication skills as you will interact with Education Account Managers, teammates, parents, students, and occasionally school staff. Mobility is key, as you will need to travel between prep locations such as warehouses, storage facilities, or retail stores and the school event sites within your marketplace. The job requires the physical ability to lift and move instruments and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and the flexibility to work evening hours during events.
