Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings
  • ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings
  • ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • intermediate knowledge of band and orchestral instruments preferred

Job Duties

  • help set up and break down rental events at schools including tables, signage, and event flow
  • load, unload, and move instruments and supplies
  • prep inventory and paperwork before events including tagging, checklists, and documentation
  • greet parents and students, answer questions, and assist with the rental process
  • use mobile and tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment
  • communicate clearly and professionally with education account managers, teammates, parents, students, and school staff
  • travel to and from prep locations and school event sites within the assigned marketplace
  • complete required training and assist with other tasks as assigned
