Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings
- ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- intermediate knowledge of band and orchestral instruments preferred
Job Duties
- help set up and break down rental events at schools including tables, signage, and event flow
- load, unload, and move instruments and supplies
- prep inventory and paperwork before events including tagging, checklists, and documentation
- greet parents and students, answer questions, and assist with the rental process
- use mobile and tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment
- communicate clearly and professionally with education account managers, teammates, parents, students, and school staff
- travel to and from prep locations and school event sites within the assigned marketplace
- complete required training and assist with other tasks as assigned
