Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom involving repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Availability for minimum 12 hours per week
- Availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle objects up to 25 pounds
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing UNIQLO service standards and fundamental principles
- Assist with fitting room operations and standards
- Act as cashier by following the cashier protocol when required
- Process shipments and ensure merchandise is displayed with the complete size run
- Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policies and procedures and report any infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
