The company is currently seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join their retail team immediately. These temporary positions offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.00 to $20.00, flexible schedules to accommodate individual availability, and generous employee discounts on merchandise purchases. Seasonal Sales Associates play an integral role within the store's retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel operations, engaging customers and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience.

This role involves working as part of a high-performing team where trust, commitment, and achieving results are paramount. Associates develop relationships with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale engagement, consistently applying benchmark selling techniques tailored to retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Team selling is encouraged to positively influence the store’s sales volume and performance metrics. Additionally, Seasonal Sales Associates assist with visual merchandising, merchandise stock counts, store setup projects, and operate the cash register as cashiers at the point of sale.

Physical demands include the ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds. Associates may need to climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies and have sufficient vision to distinguish fabric patterns and colors accurately. This position may involve working across multiple store or site locations and different brands within the Tailored Brands portfolio.
