Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, and twist
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders to reach merchandise and supplies
- Good vision to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
- Flexible schedule availability
- Willingness to work immediately
- Ability to work across multiple store or site locations if needed
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience or a culture of customer-obsession
- Ability to learn and adapt to new programs
- Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results
- Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
- Encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and goals
- Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and merchandise stock counts
- Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale
