Cinépolis USA is part of Cinépolis International, the largest and most popular movie theater exhibitor worldwide. This affiliation allows the company to combine global expertise with a commitment to innovation, hospitality, and film, creating a cinema experience that goes beyond conventional expectations.

The theaters operated by Cinépolis USA include the "Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas" and "Movie House & Eatery" concepts, both of which focus on delivering an exceptional environment where guests can enjoy their films with enhanced comfort and premium dining options. The company prides itself on its focus on customer service, offering a blend of high-quality cinema technology, luxurious seating, and gourmet food and beverage services. Runners are essential team members who deliver food and beverages directly to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, supporting the elevated in-seat dining experience. This job is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and film, looking to be part of a dynamic team within a leading entertainment company. Runners contribute to the company's mission by ensuring that orders are accurate, delivered promptly, and that guests receive the attentive service that defines the Cinépolis brand.

The role does not require supervisory responsibilities but does report to the General Manager of the theater location, which means teamwork and communication skills are highly valued. The employment status for this position is non-exempt, allowing for compliance with relevant wage and hour laws. Cinépolis USA supports its employees with benefits such as generous discounts on tickets, food, and beverages, and acknowledges service milestones with gifts, fostering a positive workplace environment.

This position demands an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Runners are expected to embody the company's values of commitment, integrity, and hospitality by ensuring every guest has all they need to enjoy their visit. Alongside delivering orders, Runners assist guests by suggesting menu items, responding to complaints or requests, and helping co-workers with various tasks ranging from ticket scanning to cleaning. Physical activity will be part of the job, with standing, walking, and lifting required, making this a physically engaging role.

Overall, the Runner position at Cinépolis USA presents a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for those interested in the hospitality industry with a focus on cinema entertainment.
