Job Description

Cinepolis USA is a premier luxury cinema exhibitor dedicated to providing enhanced movie-going experiences through its unique "Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas" and "Movie House & Eatery" theater concepts. Based in Dallas, Texas, the company operates 26 luxury and premium theaters spanning multiple states including California, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, Maryland, and Ohio. As part of the globally recognized Cinepolis International, the largest movie theater exhibitor worldwide, Cinepolis USA proudly combines hospitality, innovation, and a passion for film to offer guests an unmatched cinema experience. The company is actively growing and has plans for further expansion to reach more cinema enthusiasts across the United States.

Cinepolis USA is currently seeking dedicated team members to join their operations department in their theaters. The role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards in the luxury cinema industry. This is an hourly position with a base pay range of $16.90 to $19.50, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation. As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable visit through efficient service and attention to detail.

This position focuses on delivering concessions, kitchen, and bar items directly to guests, as well as supporting overall theater operations. You will be responsible for embodying Cinepolis’ signature "Nice and Amazing Service" by carefully following all In Seat Dining procedures and working closely with the expediter team to deliver food items simultaneously and with outstanding quality. Attention to detail is crucial, as you double-check orders and communicate any discrepancies to the kitchen, expediter, or supervisors promptly.

A key component of the role is guiding guests through the menu, suggesting promotions and add-ons to enhance their experience, and maintaining knowledge of all Cinepolis offerings. Additionally, you will be expected to keep auditoriums clean and manage guest requests or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Participation in opening, mid, and closing procedures along with ongoing training and team meetings are also essential duties.

Cinepolis places strong emphasis on integrity, reliability, and teamwork within its cinema environments. This role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, and a commitment to helping both guests and fellow team members. The work environment includes standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds, with varying noise levels typical of a theater setting. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support the operational needs.

Joining Cinepolis means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equal employment opportunities and promotes professional growth. Employees enjoy generous discounts on tickets, food, and beverages, along with recognition through milestone anniversary gifts, making this role rewarding both personally and professionally.
