The role of Room Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport is an essential position focused on delivering outstanding housekeeping services that uphold the impeccable standards of the hotel brand. This is a seasonal role, lasting approximately three months, offering full-time availability with shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The primary responsibility is to ensure guest rooms are meticulously cleaned, organized, and well-stocked, contributing directly to the overall guest satisfaction and positive hospitality experience.
As a Room Attendant, you are not simply cleaning rooms but playing a pivotal role in spreading warmth and hospitality with every interaction. You help brighten guests' days by maintaining a pristine environment that allows them to relax and enjoy their stay. The position involves tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning as needed. You will also manage supplies, replenish linens and amenities, and respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Must be able to work full availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities including replacing bed linens towels and guest essentials as needed
- Manage supplies by stocking maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Delight our guests by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas
