Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the state applied to or within commutable distance
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers multiply and divide by 10’s and 100’s using American money
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time
- Understanding of rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state applied to or commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform basic math operations with American money
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Understanding of rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with all guests co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Use salutation of the day welcome guests to the location and practice proper phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles driving cautiously assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries provide information about facilities local attractions deliver messages items or amenities as requested shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures issue claim checks after receiving keys collect claim checks before issuing keys complete and maintain all ticket information calculate and collect revenue as needed
