This position is a full-time, seasonal, non-management role in the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, with an hourly pay rate of $17.90. The job is onsite at the beautiful Dana Point location and does not offer remote working options. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of work areas throughout the shift to uphold the high standards the brand is known for. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, dismantling setups, cleaning equipment and work areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, securing doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist.
Additionally, this role involves ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use, supporting a constant cleaning routine during working hours, complying with all company safety policies and procedures, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, and completing required safety training and certifications. The position requires physical activity, including moving, lifting, transporting, pushing, dragging, and placing objects under 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing motions that demand fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. The candidate must uphold professional appearance and uniform standards, maintain confidentiality of company information, and foster a respectful and supportive work environment.

Job Requirements

- no prior supervisory experience required
