Job Description

B.HOM is a leading company specializing in property operations and management, known for its commitment to delivering outstanding living experiences in multifamily communities. As a respected name in the property management sector, B.HOM focuses on maintaining and enhancing apartment communities through meticulous service, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach. The company strives to create environments where residents feel valued, supported, and at home, all while ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of property care. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and excellence, B.HOM stands out as an employer that values diversity and inclusion, fostering a supportive workplace culture where employees can thrive and develop their skills. B.HOM offers seasonal employment opportunities designed to meet the demands of peak business periods, such as the high-volume apartment turnover season. This approach helps the company remain flexible and responsive to market needs by bringing in motivated team members who can contribute effectively during critical times.

The Seasonal Turn Team Member position at B.HOM is a highly strategic and essential role aimed at ensuring that apartment units are prepared swiftly and efficiently for new residents. This temporary role, not exceeding 120 days, requires individuals who can work either full or part-time, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours when necessary. The team member contributes by supporting the completion of unit turnovers, a process that requires cleanliness, maintenance, and organization to uphold the company's standards and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing detailed cleaning tasks such as trash removal, apartment interior cleaning, and assisting with minor maintenance work like painting touch-ups and replacing light bulbs and filters.

This position operates within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, necessitating reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. The Seasonal Turn Team Member collaborates closely with maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing teams to ensure that all units meet move-in readiness criteria for inspections and resident arrivals. Physical demands are significant, involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, often requiring work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Given the seasonal nature of the role, employees must demonstrate a high level of attendance reliability and adaptability to scheduled work hours, which may include overtime during peak periods.

B.HOM offers competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime during the busiest times of the year. Although this position is temporary, it provides valuable experience in property operations and a supportive team environment that values diversity and inclusion. This seasonal role plays a critical part in sustaining B.HOM’s reputation for excellent property management and resident care, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in apartment turnover, maintenance, and community operations within a respected and dynamic company.
