The company owns and manages two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club. These clubs emphasize a collaborative team environment underpinned by a process culture focused on planning, communication, tracking, evaluating, and adjusting to ensure team success. With a sharp focus on delivering exceptional member experiences, Camaraderie Clubs has earned a reputation for innovative hospitality and elevated club amenities in a highly competitive industry.
At the heart of this vibrant organization is the Spanish Hills Club, a premier country club that offers its members a blend of luxury, community, and top-tier services amidst scenic surroundings. The club’s dynamic approach and commitment to excellence make it a sought-after destination for those seeking a refined lifestyle. As part of their continuous effort to elevate service quality, they are currently hiring a Seasonal Pool Supervisor / Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee poolside operations during the active pool season. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that poolside food and beverage services meet the high standards expected by club members and guests.
The Seasonal Pool Supervisor / Food & Beverage Supervisor role is a hospitality-driven leadership position that balances responsibilities between guest service, team supervision, and operational oversight at the club’s pool facility. This individual will lead seasonal food and beverage staff as well as lifeguards, ensuring that all safety protocols, service standards, and operational procedures are followed meticulously. The position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing multiple facets of poolside dining and beverage services—from staffing and scheduling to member engagement and problem resolution.
The supervisor acts as the on-site authority during pool hours and coordinates closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, Pool Manager, and other club executives to maintain seamless operations. Key responsibilities include coaching and motivating the seasonal team to deliver prompt, friendly service, overseeing cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to foster a positive team environment, and the flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet the demands of a busy pool season.
In addition to operational leadership, the Seasonal Pool Supervisor / Food & Beverage Supervisor supports inventory control, labor management, and administrative tasks such as payroll review and scheduling. This role requires proficiency with point-of-sale systems and club management software, adding a technical component to the supervisory duties. Certification in CPR, First Aid, and food handling, as well as knowledge of alcohol service regulations, are considered valuable assets for this position, underscoring the commitment to both member safety and service excellence.
Joining Camaraderie Clubs means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and premium hospitality delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance leadership skills in a high-profile, member-focused environment while helping shape the evolving landscape of country club services. The Seasonal Pool Supervisor / Food & Beverage Supervisor position at Spanish Hills Club is ideal for candidates passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences in a prestigious club setting.
