The role of Seasonal Pool Server at Perseid Restaurant invites enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join the broader Food & Beverage team. This seasonal, part-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed yet elegant poolside setting. As a Seasonal Pool Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking and accurately inputting orders, making thoughtful menu recommendations, and ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an outdoor environment while maintaining high service standards. Teamwork and communication with other Food & Beverage staff members are also crucial to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service delivery. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry service trays
- Previous serving experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails and wine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, outdoor environment
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, required food handler and responsible alcohol service certifications in accordance with local regulations

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive high-end service in accordance with service standards
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly
- Offer menu recommendations and accommodate guest requests, including dietary needs and preferences
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns or special requests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all poolside dining areas
- Ensure all poolside areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with set up and breakdown of the poolside dining area before and after shifts
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
