- Valid CA Food Handler Certification required
- RBS Certification required
- Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to push and pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk long distances
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Knowledge in food, wine and spirits required

Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections
- Present food and beverage preferences to guests
- Gain and impart menu knowledge to guests
- Provide recommendations on cuisine and drink offerings
- Engage in courteous and casual conversation with guests
- Maintain a sanitary poolside dining environment
- Assist with general restaurant preparation and station set-up
