Job Duties
- Assist with food and beverage delivery to guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- remove items from guest tables, chairs, cabanas, and suites
- communicate orders accurately with kitchen team, servers, and bartenders
- breakdown, clean and set up tables, dish areas, and expo stations
- sanitize placemats and ensure cleanliness of service areas
- assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, plates, and silver for service
- stock linen, china, plates, silver, and glassware ensuring all are polished and in good condition
- greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food while explaining contents, anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately to concerns and requests
