Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous serving experience
possession of California Responsible Beverage Service certification
possession of Food Handlers certification
ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
ability to stand for entire shifts
capability to work in outdoor hot weather conditions

Job Duties

adhere to the companys service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
participate actively in team member referral program and act as a talent ambassador for the resort
attend all required resort meetings and trainings
maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and nametag
perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt and efficient guest service
serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to resort standards
demonstrate thorough knowledge of the pool food and beverage menu
respond promptly to guest problems, complaints, and accidents and communicate them to management when necessary
set up orders according to resort standards
ensure poolside stations remain clean and organized
follow all money handling procedures
use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience
ensure overall guest satisfaction
comply with resort policies and safety rules
perform other duties as assigned by management
