Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience
- possession of California Responsible Beverage Service certification
- possession of Food Handlers certification
- ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
- physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to stand for entire shifts
- capability to work in outdoor hot weather conditions

- attend all required resort meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and nametag
- perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt and efficient guest service
- serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to resort standards
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of the pool food and beverage menu
- respond promptly to guest problems, complaints, and accidents and communicate them to management when necessary
- set up orders according to resort standards
- ensure poolside stations remain clean and organized
- follow all money handling procedures
- use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- comply with resort policies and safety rules
- perform other duties as assigned by management
