Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience
  • possession of California Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • possession of Food Handlers certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
  • physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • ability to stand for entire shifts
  • capability to work in outdoor hot weather conditions

Job Duties

  • adhere to the companys service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
  • participate actively in team member referral program and act as a talent ambassador for the resort
  • attend all required resort meetings and trainings
  • maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and nametag
  • perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt and efficient guest service
  • serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to resort standards
  • demonstrate thorough knowledge of the pool food and beverage menu
  • respond promptly to guest problems, complaints, and accidents and communicate them to management when necessary
  • set up orders according to resort standards
  • ensure poolside stations remain clean and organized
  • follow all money handling procedures
  • use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience
  • ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • comply with resort policies and safety rules
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
