Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications

- Preferred lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- Greet and admit members and guests into the outdoor pool
- Validate member and guest access through pool memberships and guest passports
- Provide wristbands for junior members and guests
- Hand out towels to pool visitors
- Perform basic upkeep and maintenance of the pool deck area
- Proactively address member inquiries and offer information about Life Time products and services
