With a focus on comprehensive health offerings and community engagement, Life Time continually strives to create an atmosphere that promotes well-being, vitality, and an active lifestyle for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

The Pool Concierge role at Life Time is an essential position dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests accessing the outdoor pool areas. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable poolside experience. As the first point of contact for pool visitors, the Pool Concierge greets and admits members and their guests, verifies access through memberships and guest passes, and assists with the distribution of wristbands and towels. Beyond these duties, the Pool Concierge plays a proactive role in answering member questions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, and supporting the overall operations related to the pool environment.

This hourly position offers competitive pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential increases up to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications. It requires a combination of customer service expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an outdoor setting. Candidates must be prepared to spend extended periods standing and working outdoors during the warmer months. Certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory, and lifeguard certification is preferred within 60 days of hire. This role also demands proficiency with computer and tablet technology to manage member information and access control effectively.

Life Time offers a range of benefits for team members, including a fully subsidized membership, discounts on products and services, and access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match for eligible employees. Additional perks include comprehensive training and professional development opportunities, paid sick leave where required by law, and extensive benefits packages for full-time employees such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. Life Time is also committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where all employees are valued and have equal opportunities for growth and advancement.

Joining Life Time as a Pool Concierge means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in customer service and community wellness. This role suits individuals who enjoy engaging with people, are detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting poolside environment. If you thrive in an outdoor work setting and are passionate about helping others enjoy their leisure time, this position offers a rewarding opportunity with the stability and benefits of working for a highly respected company in the fitness and wellness industry.
