The company is deeply committed to fostering a world-class employee experience and a positive company culture, which they believe is the foundation for delivering outstanding service. With a strong emphasis on genuine care and luxury, Four Seasons embraces a culture where every individual is treated with respect, integrity, and kindness. This philosophy extends beyond employees to guests and the communities they serve, emphasizing meaningful connections and creating lasting impressions that enrich life’s experiences.

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a distinctive high-desert resort that captures the enchanting spirit of the Land of Enchantment. Nestled on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, the resort offers an intimate atmosphere with just 65 rooms, providing a romantic and tranquil escape. Guests enjoy stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and access to unique local experiences such as hiking nearby ridges and learning about the resort’s historical roots. The resort features amenities including a pool, spa, and the upscale Terra restaurant specializing in elevated regional cuisine, all designed to offer an unforgettable luxury experience.

This role is for a Seasonal Full-Time Pool Bartender at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado. The resort seeks a passionate and hardworking individual to join their Food and Beverage team, someone who shares the company’s commitment to hospitality excellence and genuine guest connection. The bartender will play a key role in delivering a warm and expert hospitality experience by preparing and serving beverages according to Four Seasons’ exacting standards. This position requires 1+ years of Food & Beverage industry experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector, along with current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications.

The Pool Bartender will be responsible for following Four Seasons’ service steps to create engaging and memorable guest interactions, adhering to cocktail recipes to ensure consistency, and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program. Their expertise will cover wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits, with a focus on educating and exciting guests about the drink selections. Beyond beverage preparation, the bartender will support the team by completing side work, greeting and seating guests, and proactively anticipating guest needs to maintain satisfaction throughout shifts.

Applicants must be able to stand and move around the pool area for the entire shift, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to commit through the season from the start of hiring through October. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage of $11.67 plus tips, with benefits such as food and beverage discounts, spa discounts, free employee meals, and comprehensive training. Four Seasons encourages diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer, welcoming applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
