Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations
  • Valid Food Manager Certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform kitchen tasks and lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Degree in culinary arts preferred or extensive culinary experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations
  • Valid Food Manager Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for engaging customers in culinary experiences

Job Duties

  • Create memorable and educational culinary experiences focusing on pastry and baking classes
  • Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences embodying brand values
  • Drive sales by encouraging class sign-ups and promoting related retail items
  • Achieve class revenue goals through high enrollment and positive feedback
  • Assist with class preparation and breakdown including organizing ingredients and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local health regulations
  • Manage inventory effectively to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
