Operational diligence is key, including accurate order entry using the MICROS system, routine checks on guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout shifts.

Safety and security are paramount, with expectations to follow all organizational policies, report any unsafe conditions or incidents promptly, and engage actively in required safety training. The role requires physical stamina and agility to handle prolonged standing, walking, and moving objects, sometimes up to 25 pounds independently or heavier with assistance.
