Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather and environmental conditions
Job Qualifications

- Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable about pest control
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after training
Job Duties
- Thoroughly spray assigned zones as instructed by the contract supervisor
- Properly use GPS monitor equipment nightly and report any malfunctions immediately
- Accurately record all required data from each spray mission on the appropriate log sheet
- Handle and apply all chemicals according to label specifications and be familiar with all applicable chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets
- Follow proper safety and spill procedures and use all required personal protective equipment
- Operate all equipment safely and keep all equipment and vehicles clean
- Support, enforce, and promote the company’s safety policies and programs
