Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- must have all applicable training permits and licenses
- must comply with all state and local alcohol serving laws
- must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk or hear frequently
- may occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- must have good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- must readily read and understand training materials
- must abide by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and concessionist or progress towards completion
- completion of legally required state or local training and required certificates
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- good public speaking skills
- effective listening and clear direct responses
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- ability to identify and correct errors
- problem identification and evaluation skills
- ability to recognize alternatives and make evidence-based conclusions
- ability to perform under pressure
- excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers and management
- ability to establish goals, budget time and set priorities
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- serve alcohol at concession stand complying with legal age and permits
- adhere to all alcohol serving laws
- know all coupons and ongoing promotions
- promote Regal Crown Club Program
- enforce MPAA rating system
- provide exceptional guest service
- handle all monies and merchandise accurately
- operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment
- properly use concession storerooms
- use cleaning materials per MSDS
- know concession opening, closing and show procedures
- follow emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- apply excellent sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
- follow counterfeit bill procedures
- comply with local, state and federal food safety laws
- adhere to dress code
- ensure guest satisfaction through positive interaction
- maintain accuracy of cash drawers, inventory and coupons
- know correct popper operation and emergency procedures
- comply with federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- complete cast certification program progress
- complete training on sexual harassment and discrimination
