Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Identify appropriate providers for guest needs like transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding amenities including special events and activities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Coordinate with hotel departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
