Job Requirements

- No related work experience required

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Identify appropriate providers for guest needs like transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding amenities including special events and activities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Coordinate with hotel departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
