Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Identify appropriate providers for guest needs like transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding amenities including special events and activities
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Coordinate with hotel departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
