Additionally, this role involves upholding all company safety and security policies. The team member will be required to report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions while adhering to uniform standards and protecting company assets. Communication plays a vital part in this position—welcoming guests warmly, providing professional service, answering telephones with proper etiquette, and collaborating effectively with colleagues are core expectations. Physical endurance is necessary given the nature of the work, which includes standing or walking for long periods, handling weights up to 50 pounds, and navigating various surfaces and environments safely.

Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. No prior related work or supervisory experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity. While no specific certifications are needed, the role offers valuable experience in hospitality operations, setting the stage for career progression within Marriott International or the broader food and beverage industry.
