This job opening is for a Seasonal, Full-Time, Non-Management Food and Beverage position at the Lido House Autograph Collection. The Food and Beverage team member will be responsible for a range of duties designed to ensure a pleasant and hygienic dining experience for all guests. Tasks include completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment, locking refrigerators, restocking stock items, and securing the area at the end of the day. Throughout the shift, the team member will be expected to maintain clean work areas, follow clean-as-you-go protocols, and inspect dining ware including china, glass, and silverware to ensure it meets presentation standards.

Additionally, this role involves upholding all company safety and security policies. The team member will be required to report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions while adhering to uniform standards and protecting company assets.
