The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) invites you to join their team as a Full Time Seasonal Maintenance I worker in Reno, NV. The RSIC represents descendants of three Great Basin Indigenous peoples: the Numu (Northern Paiute), Newe (Western Shoshone), and Washeshu (Washoe). The Full Time Seasonal Maintenance I position is onsite in Reno, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.05 to $24.66, based on experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the Colony's buildings, residences, and community infrastructure.

As a Maintenance I team member, you will engage in diverse tasks including carpentry work such as concrete and fencing repair, mechanical maintenance of pumps and valves, and grounds upkeep including sprinkler system management. Operating equipment ranging from light trucks to heavy machinery, you will also assist with street and sewer system repairs and general landscape construction. This position requires a hands-on approach and offers the satisfaction of contributing directly to the community's quality of life and safety.
