The LifeCafe Staff position plays a vital role in this mission by ensuring every member’s experience is memorable and positive. The ideal candidate for the LifeCafe Staff role will possess a combination of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the physical capability to perform the job requirements, such as standing for prolonged periods and lifting inventory as needed. Certification in CPR/AED within the first 30 days of hire is mandatory to ensure safety readiness.
