This job is designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests in a warm and friendly manner while upholding high standards of hospitality. The individual who fills this position will act as a key ambassador of Drury's values, answering guest questions about hotel services and the local community, and consistently delivering a positive attitude known within the company as "+1 Service." This means going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both visitors and co-workers.
Drury Hotels offers a competitive compensation package with starting wages ranging from $19.91 to $29.22 per hour, dependent on experience, skills, and education. Employees also benefit from quarterly bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling, paid time off, health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as company-matched 401(k) retirement plans. Additionally, there is ample room for career advancement through mentorship, cross-training, and management training programs with over 200 internal promotions occurring recently.
