The Seasonal Housekeeper role at Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort is a full-time seasonal position designed to support the general resort operations by maintaining cleanliness and quality standards across the resort units and public areas. This role is vital within the housekeeping department and contributes directly to guest satisfaction by ensuring every unit and common area reflects the resort’s high standards. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, as well as maintaining a pristine environment in lobbies and public spaces. Essential tasks include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, replenishing supplies such as toiletries and kitchenware, making beds, sorting and folding linens, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and care.

Physical stamina is important as the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, and carry linens
  • Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
