The Housekeeper’s responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing sleeping areas, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and lobbies, maintaining orderly and pleasing environments. Replenishing essential supplies such as kitchenware, toiletries, and linens is also an important aspect of this position. Additionally, the Housekeeper will attend to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive resort experience. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Candidates must be able to work independently, adhere to housekeeping standards rigorously, and have the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.   • clean resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • clean vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort count fold mark or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
