Candidates must be available for the entire season to be considered. Being a part of Thompson Seattle means joining a diverse and inclusive workplace that offers competitive pay, starting at an hourly rate of $23.37 with increases after 90 days and additional raises for long-term tenure. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and more. The hotel also provides perks such as discounted rates, complimentary room nights for eligible employees, tuition reimbursement, and flexible spending accounts.
