Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with reservation systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry menus and seating materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival
- Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and wait times
- Manage restaurant reservations through phone, email, or reservation system ensuring accuracy
- Maintain and update waitlists, notifying guests promptly when their table is ready
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest seating and service
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management if necessary
- Assist in training new hosts and support the team during busy periods
