The job entails managing a variety of hospitality inquiries, utilizing reservation software such as Tock, and customizing confirmations to add personal touches that resonate with guests. Beyond booking and scheduling, the Concierge supports the Wine Club, Visitor Center, and Front Desk functions, helping maintain accurate databases, assisting with shipping logistics, and supporting onsite guest interactions. Occasionally, the role includes assisting with event set-ups and representing Hess Persson Estates at off-site activations, which provides an exciting opportunity to engage with the local and regional wine communities.

This position is offered on a seasonal basis with an anticipated hourly wage range between $19.00 and $21.00, reflective of the candidate's skills, experience, and education.
