Job Description
Hess Persson Estates is a distinguished winery renowned for its commitment to producing exceptional wines and providing memorable guest experiences. Situated in a picturesque location, this winery combines the art of winemaking with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to explore and enjoy the unique flavors and stories behind each bottle. The company values hospitality, quality, and personalized service, making it a beloved destination for wine enthusiasts and visitors eager to immerse themselves in an authentic wine country experience.
The Seasonal Hospitality Concierge role at Hess Persson Estates is a vital position within the company's front-line team, designed for individuals passionate about delivering unforgettable guest interactions. This role is integral to the initial stages of the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact whether communication occurs over the phone, through email, or in person. The Concierge is responsible for coordinating and managing world-class wine tasting appointments, VIP experience enhancements, and ensuring every booking is handled with care and professionalism. This position demands a high level of customer service skills, a deep knowledge of the winery's offerings, and the ability to create personalized, seamless engagements that begin before the guest even arrives.
The job entails managing a variety of hospitality inquiries, utilizing reservation software such as Tock, and customizing confirmations to add personal touches that resonate with guests. Beyond booking and scheduling, the Concierge supports the Wine Club, Visitor Center, and Front Desk functions, helping maintain accurate databases, assisting with shipping logistics, and supporting onsite guest interactions. Occasionally, the role includes assisting with event set-ups and representing Hess Persson Estates at off-site activations, which provides an exciting opportunity to engage with the local and regional wine communities.
This position is offered on a seasonal basis with an anticipated hourly wage range between $19.00 and $21.00, reflective of the candidate's skills, experience, and education. Hess Persson Estates fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment, encouraging a positive, guest-focused attitude and a collaborative spirit. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, enjoy multitasking, and are passionate about wine and hospitality. If you have a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach, this opportunity at Hess Persson Estates presents a chance to grow your hospitality career while being part of a respected and vibrant winery team.
