Job Description

Zion Mountain Ranch is a unique and elevated sanctuary located just three miles from the East Entrance of Zion National Park in Mt Carmel, Utah. Set on a roaming bison preserve, the ranch offers guests a truly immersive experience that blends the natural beauty of the American West with purposeful hospitality and land preservation. Guests at Zion Mountain Ranch can select from thoughtfully crafted cabins and bespoke lodges, giving them an authentic connection to the landscape and its enduring story. The ranch hosts a field-to-fork restaurant called Cordwood, where ingredients are sourced from the ranch's organic gardens, and offers engaging on-site experiences such as guided horseback riding and bison feedings. The ranch emphasizes meaningful, nature-based travel and respects the land through its operations, thereby providing visitors with more than just a place to stay—they are invited to deepen their relationship with the surrounding environment and history.

The Guest Services Agent role at Zion Mountain Ranch is an essential position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating welcoming experiences for guests. As the first point of contact, the guest services agent plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the front desk. Their responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries and special requests, and supporting the overall front desk and lodge services. This seasonal position operates from March 15th to November 1st and requires the ability to work weekends and holidays due to the nature of the hospitality business, which runs every day. The role also involves collaborating closely with other departments including housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. Opportunities are available for those who appreciate a team environment and want to contribute to the unique offerings of this ranch and the POWDR adventure lifestyle portfolio, to which Zion Mountain Ranch belongs. The ranch offers employee RV hookups, limited free on-site housing, and benefits including discounts and career growth opportunities. This role is perfect for individuals who are personable, organized, and eager to help guests create memorable stays while supporting sustainable and respectful hospitality practices.
