Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in computer systems and software
- experience with hotel management systems is a plus
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
- handle guest check-outs, process payments, and provide accurate billing information
- manage reservations through the hotel management system, ensuring accuracy and availability
- handle phone inquiries and assist guests with booking reservations
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
- offer local information, recommend activities, and assist with planning guests' stay
- maintain effective communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service
- perform general administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- prepare daily reports and assist with cash handling
