Job Requirements
- 6 months - 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible and able to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties
- Be the ultimate red-carpet greeter - welcome guests with your best smile and big personality
- Help guests with tickets, admissions, and general info making sure their experience starts with a bang
- Serve up food, drinks, and fun ensuring every order is quick, friendly, and full of positive vibes
- Keep our dining and admissions areas sparkling clean and photo-ready at all times
- Maximize the fun (and the sales!) - help guests discover souvenirs, snacks, and upgrades
- Keep the magic moving by assisting with crowd flow, guest questions, and operational needs
- Follow health, safety, and food handling standards because safe fun is the best kind of fun
