Job Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

  • Help guests with tickets, admissions, and general info making sure their experience starts with a bang
  • Serve up food, drinks, and fun ensuring every order is quick, friendly, and full of positive vibes
  • Keep our dining and admissions areas sparkling clean and photo-ready at all times
  • Maximize the fun (and the sales!) - help guests discover souvenirs, snacks, and upgrades
  • Keep the magic moving by assisting with crowd flow, guest questions, and operational needs
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling standards because safe fun is the best kind of fun
