- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- Capable of climbing ladders and moving merchandise safely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Safely scan, handle, and move merchandise including lifting items up to 40 pounds
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
