- High school diploma or equivalent
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cash register operations
- physical ability to climb ladders
- capability to scan, handle and move merchandise up to 40 pounds safely
- regular attendance
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions on the spot
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of guest service fundamentals
- ability to learn and adapt to technology
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capable of following multi-step processes
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions through active selling and visual merchandising
- welcome, thank and exceed guest service expectations
- ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- handle cash register operations accurately
- climb ladders and safely move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- resolve guest questions quickly
- work efficiently as a team to support business priorities
