The restaurant's commitment to superior service and excellence in hospitality has contributed to its strong reputation and loyal customer base. As a part of the hospitality industry, Bear Tooth emphasizes creating memorable dining experiences that exceed customer expectations through friendly service, menu expertise, and a collaborative team environment.

This position at Bear Tooth is a part-time server role, ideal for candidates seeking seasonal employment through the summer months until mid-September. The server at Bear Tooth plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards of customer service that the establishment is famous for. Serving as the frontline ambassador of the restaurant, the server's primary responsibility includes greeting guests warmly, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and attentively. The role requires a deep knowledge of the menu, effective use of POS systems, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation policies. This position requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Servers at Bear Tooth must have at least one year of restaurant experience to ensure they can handle the complexities of food service in a busy establishment. The seasonal nature of the job suits individuals looking for temporary work during the summer and up until mid-September. The compensation for this role includes hourly wages, tips, and additional benefits, which makes it a lucrative opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and customer service. Servers are expected to support their colleagues and foster a positive work environment while consistently delivering excellent service to guests.
