We are currently seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Pool Server to join our Food and Beverage team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, who is enthusiastic, personable, and driven to deliver service excellence in a luxury environment. The position demands an individual capable of engaging authentically with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable visit. Responsibilities include following established service steps, managing beverage knowledge, setting up and maintaining the pool area’s cleanliness and comfort, processing guest transactions accurately, and collaborating with team members to uphold the Four Seasons standards.

This seasonal role requires availability from date of hire through October, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic and guest-focused nature of the hospitality industry. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting, along with current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications. Physical endurance to stand and move throughout shifts and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are necessary due to the active nature of the role.
