Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time on a seasonal basis
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash and operate a register
- knowledge of local liquor laws
- age 21 or older

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service
- serve beverages and food promptly, accurately, and courteously
- maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and other hotel outlets
- prepare, stock, and maintain the bar including garnishes, perishables, and supplies
- handle cash and register transactions accurately
- check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation according to training and local liquor laws
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas
