The role of Seasonal Full-Time Pool Attendant is an integral part of the Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in delivering high-quality service in a luxury hospitality environment. The Pool Attendant contributes significantly to guest satisfaction by maintaining the pool area’s cleanliness, ensuring comfort with the setup of chairs, tables, umbrellas, and towels, and facilitating warm, attentive guest interactions. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a luxury setting, along with current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, and moving around the pool area throughout the shift. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays through the demanding season from the Day of Hire through October.
