Job Description

Collared Martin Hospitality, established in January 2025, is a distinguished company known for operating the Faraway brand alongside a curated collection of independent lifestyle and luxury boutique hotels, restaurants, and cocktail clubs. With operations spanning the prestigious Blue Flag Capital's award-winning portfolio of more than $1 billion in hospitality real estate assets, Collared Martin Hospitality combines deep respect for authentic guest experiences with a culture rooted in genuine personal relationships and attention to detail. Embedded in the symbolism of exploration, loyalty, and homecoming, the company strives to give each property a unique voice and identity. This commitment reflects a philosophy that focuses on soul-infused hospitality, local authenticity, and meaningful guest interactions to create memorable destinations where the experience itself is the ultimate souvenir.

Our hospitality brand values the meticulous care and passion required to transform every visit into a cultural and sensory experience that resonates with the environment and local heritage. This approach ensures that guests leave with not just memories but an inspired connection to the place they have visited. As part of this vision, Collared Martin Hospitality is dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that emphasizes mutual respect, professional growth, and a positive working environment for its employees.

We are currently hiring a Restaurant Line Cook to join our dedicated team at our location in Teton Village, Wyoming. This role is seasonal, beginning May 18th and concluding around October 18th. This position calls for a culinary professional who embodies precision, discipline, and a hunger for excellence, as they support the smooth and safe delivery of delightful food offerings to our guests.

Successful candidates will ensure food preparations meet the executive chef's standards, uphold strict hygiene and food safety procedures, and coordinate effectively with dining services staff. Beyond culinary skills, this role demands a proactive approach to time management and adaptability to meet the varying needs of a fast-paced and multifaceted kitchen environment. The position offers the unique experience of working in an esteemed hospitality setting while contributing to the embodiment of Collared Martin Hospitality's dedication to quality and authenticity.

Moreover, Collared Martin Hospitality provides employee housing for a weekly fee of $125, managed through a rental system app, with a refundable deposit of $300 required. This housing benefit, coupled with a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be part of an evolving hospitality brand, makes this an attractive opportunity for culinary professionals looking to advance their careers in luxury hospitality.
