Located at 333 N Myers St, Townsite, Oceanside, California, Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort is part of the Travel + Leisure Co. portfolio. This full-time seasonal Housekeeper role is an integral part of the resort's hospitality team, tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of resort units, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. As part of a full-time seasonal engagement, with an hourly wage of $19.00, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment that values quality standards and team collaboration.

The Housekeeper role supports general resort operations by thoroughly cleaning various guest accommodation areas including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Duties include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and managing linens by sorting, counting, folding, and marking them. Maintaining resort quality standards and adhering to housekeeping details are critical components of the position, as is fostering positive relationships with guests and associates alike. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently ensures high levels of guest satisfaction and enhances the overall experience.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, guests, and owners. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following set instructions is essential. A professional appearance paired with a positive, can-do attitude and a spirit of teamwork will help candidates succeed. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, to handle various housekeeping tasks effectively.
